Poni AppsThese Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the mobile apps and websites made by Poni Apps ("we", "us"), together called the "Services". By downloading, accessing, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Some products may have extra terms, which we will show you in that product.
1. Using the Services
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, and to use our websites, for personal and non-commercial purposes, under these Terms.
2. Your responsibilities
- Do not use the Services for anything illegal or harmful.
- Do not try to copy, change, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services or their servers.
- If you have an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Your content
You own the content you create in the Services. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the Services for you.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the app store you downloaded the app from: Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow that store's policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
5. App stores
If you download an app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If you download an app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. In that case:
- These Terms are between you and Poni Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, code, graphics, and names, belong to Poni Apps and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks.
7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Poni Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, that results from your use of the Services.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the Services at any time, for example by uninstalling an app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
