Privacy Policy

How Poni Apps collects, uses, and protects your information across our Android apps, iOS apps, and websites.

This Privacy Policy explains how Poni Apps ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile apps for Android and iOS and our websites (together, the "Services"). Each product may collect different data. You can find the details for each one in Our products. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information (if a product has accounts): such as your name and email address.
  • Content you create in our products, which is stored so the product can work.
  • Messages you send us, for example when you contact support or fill in a contact form.

Information collected automatically

  • Diagnostics and crash data: such as device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs. We use this to find and fix problems.
  • Usage data: information about how the Services are used (for example, which screens or pages are opened), which helps us improve them.
  • Website technical data: such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited. Web servers collect this automatically.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal files unless a feature clearly asks for it and you give permission. You can turn off app permissions at any time in your device settings.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, run, and maintain the Services.
  • To fix bugs and improve performance and features.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To keep the Services secure and prevent abuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

5. Cookies

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies. These are small files stored in your browser that help a site work, remember your settings, or measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of a site may then stop working. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

6. Data sharing

We share information only in these cases:

  • With service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting or crash reporting). They may use the data only to provide their services to us.

  • As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If this happens, we will notify you.

7. Data security

Data sent between our products and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services or meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and related data at any time. See how to delete your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to how we process it. To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

10. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
