Delete your account and data

How to delete your account and the data linked to it in any app or website made by Poni Apps.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

In every app of ours that has accounts, on both Android and iOS:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Please follow the steps above first.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you can't use the app, or if your account is on one of our websites, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". Please:

  • Tell us which app or website the account is for.
  • Send the email from the address linked to your account.

We will confirm and finish the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information (name, email).
  • Content you created in the product.
  • Usage and diagnostic data linked to your account.

What we may keep

We may keep some data when the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse, for up to 90 days. Anonymous data that can no longer be linked to you, such as overall usage statistics, may be kept longer. Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple under their own policies.
